Thank you for stopping by to check out our space and see what we are all about! Today I will be answering questions, and highlighting some of our amazing amenities we offer in the space! We are a by appointment only Photography Studio that is rent by the hour, we have two studios to choose from & many amazing props we offer to all photographers who rent the space. We offer our space for small events and gatherings as well! Keep reading to learn more about us, our policies, our sets & more!

Amenities

We offer a lot of amenities to our renters! So lets talk about some of them, it truly makes renting with us a unique experience.

• Studio A boasts eight 12ft windows that line the entire space, this means from sun up to sun down lighting in Studio A is perfection, or a "chefs kiss". You can't go wrong with timing in there when renting during daylight hours.
• Rolling Shades and sheer curtains - We have Rolling shades on all of our windows, so if it gets a little too bright with the natural light coming in you can lower those to diffuse the light even more!
• Prop room - Both studios share a prop room that has chairs, props & everything a photographer may need!
• Lighting - Want to rent later in the evening? We have constant light sources at your finger tips!
• Two bathrooms, one large one that is a dressing room as well and a kitchenette with a fridge that has complimentary beverages
• Queen size beds, nursery set, couches, that all stay in the studios year round!
• Great street parking! If you rent Studio A you can let your clients in through our front doors where there is parking right outside. All our photographers enter in through the back door but Studio A renters can use the front door for their clients to come and go. There is a parking garage with free and handicap parking as well behind the studio. If you are renting Studio B your clients would need to enter in the back door.
• Handicap accessible , no stairs and the entire space was built to be accessible.
• Always a blank space to create even when we have holiday sets installed!
• Rolling Walls, we have built in rolling walls that are 8ft tall and 12ft wide. Pink, Grey & Tan!
• Seamless paper, for a small fee you can access our seamless paper rolls! We have all the basic colors as well as some fun ones.
• We allow pets! With a small fee per pet you can allow your clients to bring in their furry family members. Pets aren't allowed on the furniture, rugs and have to be leashed when not being photographed. There is a dog run right outside our back doors where pets can do business!
• Kids toys, baby swing to keep the little ones busy & entertained.
